Inside Sales Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Inside Sales (Remote - Extended Hours).

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell products to prospective customers through outbound calls
• Handle inbound calls from patients and collaborate with sales teams to convert leads
• Coordinate day-to-day operations for the Inside Sales team and manage customer inquiries

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Associate's degree
• 2+ years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment
• Preferred Bachelor's degree
• Experience with coaching colleagues in a team environment
• Expert knowledge of Diabetes and Insulin Pumps
