Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Enablement to lead enablement efforts across customer-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy for Sales, BDR, CS, and Payments teams
- Design and manage scalable onboarding and continuous learning programs to enhance team performance
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs to measure enablement effectiveness and business impact
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in sales or revenue enablement, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs across Sales, CS, and BDR teams
- Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS sales process
- Proven ability to build impactful enablement programs aligned with strategic goals
- Experience owning and executing major revenue-facing events
