Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst / CaptivateIQ Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support the compensation process, including documentation, quota allocation, and sales plan creation
  • Become the subject matter expert for CaptivateIQ, leading project management and configuration changes
  • Analyze compensation-related issues and develop metrics to assess the effectiveness of the sales incentive compensation program
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of sales compensation or systems administration experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Administrator-level experience with CaptivateIQ's incentive compensation software
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels
  • Positive work style with a strong desire to learn and grow
