Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Relationship Center - Relationship Consultant to work remotely in Alaska or Southern California.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business through outbound calls and follow up with members to achieve sales goals
- Educate members on product offerings and maintain accurate records of member interactions
- Resolve member requests and support continuous improvement activities
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of related experience or prior loan experience with a proven sales record
- Proven ability to originate business through outbound calling
- Working knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and Credit Union procedures
- Solid knowledge of deposit, loan, and ancillary products/services
- NMLS Registered and completion of compliance-related coursework
