Key Responsibilities
- Act as a consultative partner to customers to map business objectives and operational challenges to AI-driven solutions
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer systems and design tailored solutions leveraging real-time AI capabilities
- Own the technical design and delivery of proof-of-value engagements, including integrations and real-time coaching workflows
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, including 1-3 years in pre-sales or solutions engineering
- Deep knowledge of contact center solutions and telephony architecture
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, particularly large and small language models
- Experience with real-time systems and CRM tools
- Consultative mindset with a proven track record of leading strategic conversations and influencing stakeholders
