Key Responsibilities
- Build and retain a diverse team of RevOps professionals while fostering an inclusive culture
- Architect the revenue growth engine by designing capacity models and aligning strategies with company objectives
- Act as Chief of Staff to the CRO, managing forecasts and influencing senior peers with data-driven insights
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in GTM leadership
- 8+ years of experience in RevOps for high-growth B2B SaaS companies
- Proven success in operationalizing complex sales motions and improving forecast accuracy
- Deep expertise with modern revenue stacks and a data science mindset
- MBA or equivalent strategic/financial acumen strongly preferred
