Job Summary

A company is looking for a Producing Branch Manager in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the development of the Retail Business Model and oversee branch expenditures
• Recruit and train mortgage Loan Originators and Support Staff, ensuring adherence to company guidelines
• Analyze financial information to assess loan feasibility and explain loan options to customers

Required Qualifications

• NMLS License is required
• 3+ years of experience managing a mortgage origination team in a mid to large-sized firm
• 5+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced mortgage lending environment
• Advanced knowledge of mortgage originations, including product and compliance guidelines
• Successful history of building and mentoring sales staff to exceed production goals
