Key Responsibilities
- Support the renewal process by preparing documentation, updating CRM records, and tracking key dates
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure timely progress of renewals and gather necessary inputs
- Assist in generating quotes, reviewing contracts, and coordinating internal approvals
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales Development, Sales Operations, or Customer Experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B
- Strong organizational skills and experience with spreadsheets and contract tracking
- Interest in building a career in customer success, renewals, or sales strategy
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
