Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry a revenue quota of $2.5-3M in 2026, growing to $5-6M+ by 2027, while closing deals across various partnership tracks
  • Design and structure strategic partnerships that enhance the existing sales model and create operational frameworks
  • Develop systems for managing partnerships, including sourcing, contracting, and performance measurement, while collaborating cross-functionally
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or channel sales
  • Proven track record of closing seven-figure partnerships in healthcare or SaaS
  • Experience in designing channel programs aligned with direct sales
  • Fluency in employer benefits broker channel preferred
