Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Inside Sales to lead a team of outbound sales professionals focused on driving pipeline across strategic Enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of SDRs focused on outbound prospecting into Enterprise accounts
- Coach and mentor reps on cold calls, email strategy, value messaging, and objection handling
- Track and optimize team KPIs and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Ops to execute campaigns
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing SDR or BDR teams, ideally in cybersecurity, networking, or enterprise software
- Proven ability to lead teams that exceed pipeline generation goals
- Strong understanding of outbound sales motions and prospecting into complex Enterprise organizations
- Hands-on experience with modern SDR tools
- A passion for coaching, developing talent, and creating clear career paths
