Remote Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales - Outbound, Inbound and Retention representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively handle disconnection requests and upsell services to retain customers
• Drive sales through outbound calling and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
• Provide excellent customer service by answering calls and recommending tailored solutions for services

Required Qualifications

• Proactive approach with the ability to encourage customer commitment
• Previous outbound or inbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
• Outgoing personality with strong sales closing abilities
• Three to six months of related experience and/or training is preferred
• Associate's degree or higher is preferred
