Partner Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Relationship Manager to lead strategic engagement and growth initiatives across the Merchant Service Provider and digital partner channels for the US & Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the company's footprint across MSP and digital channels in North America
• Build and manage relationships with Merchant Service Providers and drive their commitment to sell the company's solutions
• Analyze competitive positioning and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align channel strategies with broader objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Typically six to eight years of relevant experience
• 6+ years of experience in sales support, channel development, or partner relationship management
• Proven success in growing and managing external sales networks or reseller channels
• Experience with SaaS product sales and familiarity with CRM and enablement tools
