GTM Systems Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Systems Manager to drive operational efficiency within their GTM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and executing system adjustments for GTM process inefficiencies
• Establish and enforce data hygiene practices for Salesforce to ensure accurate reporting and decision-making
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for GTM technology tools, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in RevOps or Sales Ops with a focus on technical system configurations
• Experience as a Salesforce Administrator with the ability to build complex Salesforce flows
• Expertise in core GTM tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, and similar tools
• Undergraduate degree in Business or STEM disciplines is required; graduate degree is a plus
• A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment
