Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand revenue from existing partners and embedded platforms
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners and distribution platforms
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to align partner strategies with core go-to-market objectives
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or platform strategy within financial services, fintech, payments, or related industries
- Proven track record of managing and expanding revenue-generating partnerships
- Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating contracts and structuring deals
- Ability to work independently and manage complex partner ecosystems
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
