Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Small Business Solutions, responsible for leading a team and driving the success of small group products.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and lead sales activities for the Internal Wholesaler Small Group area
• Oversee the small group product lifecycle, including pricing, underwriting, and plan design
• Build and inspire a high-performing team through onboarding, coaching, and development

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of group insurance experience and 2 years of supervisory experience
• Strong relationship management skills with a focus on partnership building
• Proven achievement orientation, consistently meeting or exceeding standards
• Ability to support and foster team member development
• Must obtain licensed agent/producer status within 90 days of employment
