Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to source, develop, and close new revenue within a named account territory consisting of enterprise prospect accounts in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market sales strategy to achieve business targets
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders to close strategic opportunities
  • Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data in Salesforce CRM
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of enterprise technology sales experience
  • Experience closing $1M ARR new business deals against a $2M+ annual quota
  • Strong application SaaS sales background
  • Experience selling Workforce Management (WFM) or Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions preferred
  • Experience in Retail, Hospitality, Distribution, Warehouse, and Healthcare industries is a plus
