Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Pricing & Risk - Business Development Manager (Transformation Pricing).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and close new business opportunities within target market sectors
• Own financial modeling for real estate outsourcing pursuits, including budgeting and fee analysis
• Create customized materials for new pursuits and manage financial information reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Minimum of 5 years in finance, consulting, or analytics
• In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mentality
