Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify prospective clients and generate leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients in target markets
  • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and campaigns to introduce solutions
  • Schedule sales appointments and manage lead activity in CRM
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of lead generation, inside sales, or telemarketing experience; Workers' Compensation or healthcare preferred
  • Proven success in meeting lead generation and appointment-setting goals
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation software; HubSpot proficiency preferred
  • Ability to work remotely with a HIPAA-compliant home office and reliable high-speed internet
