Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients in target markets
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and campaigns to introduce solutions
- Schedule sales appointments and manage lead activity in CRM
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of lead generation, inside sales, or telemarketing experience; Workers' Compensation or healthcare preferred
- Proven success in meeting lead generation and appointment-setting goals
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation software; HubSpot proficiency preferred
- Ability to work remotely with a HIPAA-compliant home office and reliable high-speed internet
