- Review pricing information from 401(k) providers for competitive comparisons
- Manage high volume inquiries from sales and implementation teams
- Work cross-functionally to address client inquiries on plan design and product support
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role
- Prior Defined Contribution industry experience required
- QKA or similar industry designation required
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
