Business Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Associate to help drive growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with suppliers and OEMs
• Hit onboarding goals and sales targets
• Establish KPIs to measure the success of business development activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in a startup or corporate environment with business development experience
• HVAC experience is preferred but not required
