Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive federal go-to-market strategy to drive revenue growth and market share
- Build and manage the federal pipeline by identifying and capturing opportunities across priority agencies
- Establish strategic relationships with federal decision-makers and ensure compliance with procurement regulations
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 5 years selling to federal government agencies in a SaaS environment
- Proven success in closing complex federal deals, particularly within civilian or DoD markets
- Strong understanding of the federal sales cycle and procurement landscape
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to build from scratch in a collaborative environment
- Experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams is a plus
