Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to enhance the effectiveness of its sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage onboarding programs and ongoing training for sales personnel
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create and maintain sales content
- Evaluate and implement sales tools and optimize sales processes for improved productivity
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- 4-year college degree required
- 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or B2B Sales
- Challenger certification is a plus
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce.com, Gong, and SalesLoft
- Ability to travel to internal events as required
