Key Responsibilities
- Sell employee benefits products through an established network of insurance brokers and consultants
- Build and establish relationships with key sources to market products to top employers
- Construct and maintain a business plan for the designated territory based on sales initiatives
Required Qualifications
- More than one year of Group Benefit sales industry experience
- Currently licensed with a state-required Life and Health agent license
- Degree from a four-year college or university, or requisite work experience
- Strong networking and relationship management skills
- A passion for success and a consultative nature
