Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Representative in Northern California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell employee benefits products through an established network of insurance brokers and consultants
  • Build and establish relationships with key sources to market products to top employers
  • Construct and maintain a business plan for the designated territory based on sales initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • More than one year of Group Benefit sales industry experience
  • Currently licensed with a state-required Life and Health agent license
  • Degree from a four-year college or university, or requisite work experience
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills
  • A passion for success and a consultative nature
