Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Sr. Sales Manager for the Mountain Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for revenue growth and customer experience in the region
- Align strategies with Channel, Key Accounts, Marketing, and Customer Experience leadership
- Lead and coach teams, ensuring collaboration and accountability across functions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) or equivalent experience with 4-5 years managing sales staff
- 7 years of leadership experience in achieving sales and people-leadership goals
- 5 years of experience in leading and coaching individual contributors
- Proven ability to develop strong business relationships, particularly with large National businesses
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and strategic planning
