A company is looking for an Inside Sales & Lead Generation Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies to increase product awareness and customer interest
- Oversee lead generation campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and maintain strong customer relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in mechanical/technology/chemical engineering, business, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical roles, preferably in the plastics and chemical industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
- Strong knowledge of plastics and chemical products and their applications
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
