Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives focused on enterprise customers
  • Implement scalable sales processes and monitor pipeline, activity, and forecasts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to drive alignment and shared success
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales leadership within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • 3+ years of experience managing sales teams, including coaching and performance management
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise sales strategy and performance analytics
  • Expertise in outbound sales and closing contracts with annual commitments
  • Experience selling into companies with 2000+ employees is strongly preferred
