A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Account Executive, Mobility, Enterprise in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives focused on enterprise customers
- Implement scalable sales processes and monitor pipeline, activity, and forecasts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to drive alignment and shared success
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales leadership within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- 3+ years of experience managing sales teams, including coaching and performance management
- Strong knowledge of enterprise sales strategy and performance analytics
- Expertise in outbound sales and closing contracts with annual commitments
- Experience selling into companies with 2000+ employees is strongly preferred
