Key Responsibilities
- Oversee internal sales forecasting and facilitate meetings with leadership for business updates
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective use of technology and support annual planning processes
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in operations roles, particularly in SaaS cybersecurity companies
- General knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and experience with channel-led sales
- Strong understanding of sales support tools, especially Salesforce
- Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools; experience with BI tools is a plus
