- Build, coach, and manage a high-performance team of Account Executives (AEs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
- Own the go-to-market strategy for new logo sales and collaborate with Demand Generation and Strategic Partnerships
- Refine and implement a metrics-driven sales process to accelerate deal cycles and enhance win rates
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of exceeding new logo sales targets
- Experience with outbound sales strategies and complex deal cycles
- Hands-on coaching experience with sales teams
- Familiarity with Salesforce and modern sales tools
