Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales to lead and energize sales teams to achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, coach, and manage a high-performance team of Account Executives (AEs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
  • Own the go-to-market strategy for new logo sales and collaborate with Demand Generation and Strategic Partnerships
  • Refine and implement a metrics-driven sales process to accelerate deal cycles and enhance win rates
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of exceeding new logo sales targets
  • Experience with outbound sales strategies and complex deal cycles
  • Hands-on coaching experience with sales teams
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and modern sales tools
