Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inbound Sales & Account Executive (Americas).
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with qualified inbound leads and guide them through the buying journey
- Deliver tailored product demos to HR, TA, and business stakeholders
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, managing renewals and upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably with account management exposure
- Native or fluent English (C2 level)
- Experience selling to HR, Talent Acquisition, or People teams is a strong plus
- Background in Psychology or experience with assessment platforms is highly desirable
- Self-starter, comfortable working remotely across North and Latin American time zones
