Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of Business Development Representatives
- Measure and report on BDR KPIs, including outreach volume and pipeline sourced
- Develop and manage inbound and outbound prospecting programs
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, with recent management experience
- Ability to lead remote teams and foster a collaborative culture
- Data-driven and results-oriented with a strong understanding of prospecting metrics
- Familiarity with relevant technology stack such as SFDC and Outreach
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
