Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial BDR Manager to lead their Business Development Representatives team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of Business Development Representatives
  • Measure and report on BDR KPIs, including outreach volume and pipeline sourced
  • Develop and manage inbound and outbound prospecting programs
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development, with recent management experience
  • Ability to lead remote teams and foster a collaborative culture
  • Data-driven and results-oriented with a strong understanding of prospecting metrics
  • Familiarity with relevant technology stack such as SFDC and Outreach
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
