Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist - Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and support the Sales onboarding program, creating a structured and engaging experience for new hires
- Develop and deliver training on sales methodologies and tech stack usage for ongoing enablement initiatives
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement efforts
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a quota-carrying role such as BDR, SDR, Account Executive, or Account Manager
- Experience in a fast-growing, startup, or scaling sales environment
- Strong knowledge of various training methods including real-world simulations and micro-learning
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, or similar platforms
- Experience in the SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) industry
