Job Summary

A company is looking for a Producing Branch Manager to lead sales and ensure compliance with company policies in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the development of the Retail Business Model and oversee branch expenditures
• Recruit and train mortgage Loan Originators and support staff while ensuring adherence to loan pricing guidelines
• Analyze loan applicants' financial status and explain loan options and terms to customers

Required Qualifications

• NMLS License is required
• 3+ years of management experience in a mortgage origination team
• 5+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced mortgage lender environment
• Advanced knowledge of mortgage originations, including compliance guidelines
• Proven ability to lead and develop sales staff to meet production goals
