A company is looking for a Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales to lead their US Central Enterprise sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Executives to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Own the sales process by developing and implementing best practices to achieve revenue targets
- Build a KPI framework and utilize tools like Salesforce and Clari for performance monitoring and data-driven decision making
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in sales development or sales in the Enterprise Software space, preferably in SaaS
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role with a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams
- Experience with Salesforce and sales enablement tools to drive revenue performance
- Ability to thrive in a complex and innovative environment
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders
