Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with various professionals to market the brand and assist clients in obtaining real estate financing
• Consult with clients to analyze their financial situations and advise on appropriate loan products
• Guide clients through the loan process from application to closing, ensuring excellent client service

Required Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage loan origination with a proven track record of obtaining referrals and generating leads
• Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses
• Results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional time management and critical/strategic thinking skills
• 3 years of proven success in self-generated mortgage loan origination (preferred)
