Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end enablement strategies for revenue teams
- Develop structured onboarding programs and lead ongoing training sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and manage enablement content and tools
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Revenue Ops, or Sales Management, preferably in SaaS
- Direct exposure to roles being enabled (SDR, AE, CSM, or presales)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with GTM tech stack
- Data-driven mindset focused on measuring results
