Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist II to support key sales operations programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of sales operations programs, including tracking sales pipeline and resolving disputes
- Support fiscal-year planning efforts and collaborate with team members to align execution with revenue goals
- Collect and analyze sales data to support forecasting, budget planning, and capacity modeling
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, project management, or related fields, or a Bachelor's Degree with 1+ year of relevant experience
- 1+ years of experience using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
- 1+ year of experience working in a cross-functional team environment
- 1+ year of experience with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics)
