Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing personalized consultations and following up to close sales
• Drive sales growth by managing appointments and nurturing leads
• Collaborate with team members on clienteling, custom design projects, and customer experience improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce or retail sales with a proven sales closing ability
• Preferred diamond expertise and jewelry experience; certification as a Gemologist is a plus
• Independent, motivated, and organized with strong writing skills
• Must be a compassionate, positive, and patient individual who is technologically savvy
• Availability to work weekends is required
