Job Summary
A company is looking for a Deal Operations Analyst II to support the sales and success teams in managing quotes and agreements for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for sales teams in building quotes and agreements, ensuring a smooth procurement process
- Manage and improve standard templates for complex opportunities and act as a point of contact for sales support
- Collaborate with the Business Systems team on process and system improvements and maintain process documentation
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Deal Operations, Deal Desk, or Sales Operations at a high-growth technology company
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce
- Experience with SaaS sales quote and agreement solutions preferred
- Advanced skills in MS Office and Google Docs
- Experience managing templates in DocuSign CLM is a plus
