• Develop and implement a training process for builder salespeople regarding the New Homes offering
• Maintain technical understanding of solar and battery storage to ensure seamless customer experience
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and ensure builder satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, communications, marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in solar customer service operations
• 3+ years of experience in New Homes sales operations leading large teams
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Proven leadership and team development abilities
