Key Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to develop and ensure adherence to comprehensive security protocols
• Engage with senior technical leadership to provide guidance on regulatory compliance and develop robust security policies
• Drive adoption of automation and advocate for cutting-edge security tools while mitigating potential delivery risks

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of direct management experience in Security Leadership roles
• Proven ability to plan and independently direct security initiatives
• Experience collaborating with security infrastructure, networking, and IT teams
• Established record of effectively managing large-scale systems and implementing security posture maintenance strategies
• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and controls including CJIS, ISO27001, GDPR, SOX, SOC 2, and FedRAMP
