Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Internal Communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal communications strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Serve as the primary communications advisor to the executive leadership team
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of internal communications through metrics and feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or English
• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic communications at cybersecurity or high growth technology companies
• Prior experience at companies scaling from $500m to multi-billion in annual revenue
• Demonstrated experience working with and advising executive leadership
• Prior experience in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS industry
