Job Summary

A company is looking for a Producer, Podcasts (Sports) to develop and grow a slate of sports-focused podcasts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production for various podcasts, including content development, editing, and promotion
• Develop and execute a long-term content strategy in collaboration with senior leadership and talent
• Create and manage a content roadmap that aligns with audience growth tactics

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience producing long-form talk content in a digital space
• Strong understanding of engaging content across digital channels, particularly in sports and entertainment
• Experience with audience growth strategies across YouTube, podcast, and social media platforms
• Proficient with audio and video recording and editing software
• Ability to work flexibly, including mornings, nights, and weekends as needed
