Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6+ years of professional experience in consulting and/or the learning field
• Advanced skills in learning & development, facilitation, and executive presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving demands
• Proficiency in building data-backed business cases and fostering team culture
