A company is looking for a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to join the Revenue Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and win-back
- Design, implement, and manage multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that are personalized and relevant
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of lifecycle marketing specialists while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- Ten+ years of progressive experience in lifecycle marketing or a related field, with leadership experience
- Proven track record of developing successful lifecycle marketing strategies that yield measurable results
- Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
