Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Machine Learning Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, deployment, and performance of custom ML systems for ad bidding and decisioning
• Lead the design and optimization of low-latency pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, Kubernetes, and Rust
• Mentor and manage a team of machine learning engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with 3+ years in leadership roles
• Deep expertise in real-time ML systems, Kubernetes, Rust, PySpark, and deep learning frameworks
• Proven track record of deploying large language models and neural networks at scale
• Strong cloud and data engineering experience, particularly with AWS and Databricks
• Experience in AdTech or performance marketing is a strong advantage
