Network Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Architect (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage design, operations, and security of optical networks across multiple data centers
• Lead optical projects, including upgrades and modifications, while providing capacity management updates
• Develop documentation, maintain policies, and train junior team members

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience with optical networking
• Bachelor's degree in electrical, computer, telecommunications engineering, or related discipline
• Advanced knowledge of CWDM/DWDM/OTN Optical Transport hardware and software
• Comprehensive knowledge of specialized telecommunications equipment
• Experience with dark fiber characterization and circuit testing
