Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Marketing Operations to build systems and insights for a data-driven marketing engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the marketing tech stack, including tool selection and administration
- Design and optimize campaign workflows from lead capture to Sales hand-off
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting to improve marketing ROI
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Marketing Operations or Revenue/Growth Ops with a focus on fintech or SaaS
- Experience with modern GTM stacks, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and BI platforms
- Proven track record in pipeline forecasting, attribution modeling, and ROI analysis
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and SQL
- Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
