Key Responsibilities

- Establish KPIs and conduct performance analysis to optimize social media engagement and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, social strategy, or communications, with team leadership experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of social platform algorithms, trends, and performance reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
- Experience in multi-brand, nonprofit, or higher education environments is preferred
