Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize email and SMS marketing programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Transform the BioBucks loyalty program to achieve a 20%+ redemption rate
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance customer engagement and retention strategies
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- 2+ years of proven experience with Klaviyo for email and SMS marketing automation
- Experience in building comprehensive email and SMS programs from strategy through execution
- Strong analytical skills with experience in customer segmentation and LTV modeling
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and compliance regulations
