About the role:
We’re looking for a bold, data-driven and creative Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist (based in Munich or remote from Germany) who knows how to spot authentic voices, and can turn influencer partnerships into real collaborations and help snuggs grow. You'll be the connector between our brand and the creators who inspire their communities to embrace period pride.
What you’ll do:
- Own and scale performance-based influencer marketing in the DACH region
- Manage a high number of influencer partnerships/month end to end, including sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, and performance tracking
- Identify new influencers with your creative approach, activate the ones who align with our brand values
- Develop and execute campaigns with a focus on ROI, revenue, CPA, and conversion rates
- Regularly report on campaign performance and optimize based on data insights
- Build long-term partnerships with top performers and foster strong connections
- Stay up to date with the latest trends on social media, applying them to local campaign strategies
You’re a good fit if you…:
- Have native-level proficiency in German (C2-Level) and are fluent in English
- Have initial experience in influencer marketing or come from a related background (e.g. social media, sales, performance marketing, content, events, brand or community management)
- Are comfortable with numbers and KPIs, and you enjoy tracking sales performance
- Bring a can-do attitude, high energy, and ambition to grow quickly
- Bonus: experience with influencers in the DACH region, and working with UTM tracking, discount codes, or affiliate dashboards
